Data Protection
- ✓Encrypted data in transit and at rest: Your sensitive information is encrypted during transmission and protected when stored.
- ✓Protected credentials and access: Passwords are hashed, permissions are checked server-side and sensitive requests are protected against abuse.
- ✓Risk-appropriate measures: DGL Tech Labs follows a protection approach consistent with applicable GDPR requirements. No online service can guarantee zero risk.
Clear and secure traceability
- ✓Timestamped and Secure Journal: Actions supported by the journal are dated and linked to their author to provide a readable history. The journal does not claim to record every action performed in the application.
- ✓Exportable Documents: Compatible modules can generate dated, structured PDFs to support monitoring and exchanges.
- ✓Parental Monitoring Framework: Parentello exports can be used as monitoring elements in a mediation or organization framework. They do not replace official legal acts.
Individual Access Control
Each parent has a strictly personal account. You precisely control what you share.
Authorization checks distinguish private content from shared content. Always verify the selected visibility before saving or sending information.
Transparency & Compliance
Application data is hosted in France by OVH. Providers required for payments, email delivery or AI features process only the data needed for their role.
Parentello does not sell user data and displays no advertising in the app. Audience measurement and advertising-campaign evaluation on the website's marketing pages require consent and are disabled in the mobile apps.
Artificial intelligence, OCR & user care
- User initiated: AI and receipt-reading features only send content to the relevant provider when you use them.
- Minimum data: do not send names, documents, or unnecessary sensitive medical and family information to the general assistant.
- Check the result: a suggestion, OCR extraction or export may be wrong and does not replace a professional, an official instrument or keeping an original.
