Is Parentello really free?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and no ads: shared calendar, secure messaging, children's cards and contacts, daily notes. You only pay if you choose Premium.
What does the Premium trial include?
Your first 15 days unlock all of Premium: expenses and budgets, agreements and legal files, document vault, health, school and memories. When the trial ends, you keep the free plan if you don't subscribe.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You create your space and start the Premium trial without any credit card.
How do I subscribe to Premium?
Premium subscriptions, Solo or Two Parents, are purchased from the Parentello app on iPhone or Android. The Two Parents plan covers both homes with a single subscription.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with no commitment. You keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then you automatically return to the free plan.
Are my data and my conversations protected?
Your messages and medical information are encrypted, data is hosted in France, and you can export or delete your account at any time, in line with the GDPR.
Does Parentello work on mobile?
Yes. Parentello is available on iPhone, Android and the web, with real-time sync between both homes.
