General Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Sale govern purchases and subscriptions that provide access to Parentello Premium between DGL Tech Labs, the French limited liability company (SARL) that publishes the service, and the consumer. The free Essential plan is governed primarily by the Terms of Service.

2. Offers and Rates

Parentello offers an ad-free Essential plan at no cost and monthly or yearly Premium plans for one parent or two parents. The exact content, total price including tax, currency, billing frequency and any promotion are shown before purchase confirmation; the information shown at checkout prevails.

DGL Tech Labs may change plans or prices. Any change applying to a future renewal will be communicated as required by law and, for mobile purchases, under App Store or Google Play rules. Users may cancel before the next renewal.

3. Payment

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple through in-app purchases, and subscriptions purchased in the Android app by Google Play Billing. Subscriptions are not sold on the web.

DGL Tech Labs does not store payment card details on its own servers. Transactions and payment details are handled by Apple or Google depending on the Store used.

4. Trial Period

When an account is created, Parentello provides 15 days of Premium with no payment card, no commitment and no automatic charge. At the end, the account automatically moves to the free, ad-free Essential plan unless the user voluntarily purchases Premium. A separate store promotion is governed by the conditions shown by that store.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal rights and refunds are handled under applicable consumer law. App Store or Google Play purchase requests are submitted to the relevant Store under its procedure.

6. Renewal and Termination

After an explicit purchase, Premium renews automatically at the chosen frequency until cancelled. Users cancel through the original Store: Apple settings or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the Parentello account is not a substitute for cancelling renewal.

Unless a refund, fraud event or purchase-channel rule provides otherwise, Premium remains available until the paid period ends and the account then returns to Essential. Under the Two Parents plan, Premium access granted to the other parent depends on the holder's subscription and ends with it.

7. Liability

DGL Tech Labs provides the service in accordance with applicable legal duties. It is not responsible for loss caused by non-compliant use, incorrect information entered by a user, a third-party service or force majeure. Nothing in these terms excludes a statutory warranty or liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Access to the Service

Access to the service depends on the quality of the user's internet connection. DGL Tech Labs may temporarily suspend access for technical maintenance reasons or updates necessary for the proper functioning of the platform.

9. Personal Data

The processing of personal data within the framework of the sale is carried out in accordance with GDPR. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Modification of TOS

DGL Tech Labs may modify these Terms of Sale at any time. In case of a significant modification, users will be informed by email or via the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them. Complaints may first be sent to contact@dgltechlabs.com. If no amicable solution is found, consumer mediation options and competent courts are determined under the applicable rules.
