2. Intellectual property and counterfeiting

The entire site is subject to French and international copyright and intellectual property law. The Parentello trademark, its logo, source code, and content are protected and belong to DGL Tech Labs or their respective rights holders.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of its elements will be considered a counterfeit and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

3. Limitations of liability

DGL Tech Labs takes reasonable care over public information and Parentello's operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, updates or external events.

Guides, AI suggestions, journals and exports are organization tools. Users must verify them; they do not replace professional advice, an official instrument or an authority's decision. DGL Tech Labs remains liable as provided by law.

4. Personal data

As part of Parentello's operation, DGL Tech Labs, as data controller, collects and processes personal data including account information, messages, photos, and family organization data.

Processing is used to provide requested features, secure accounts, manage support and subscriptions and, where consent is required, measure website audiences, evaluate advertising campaigns or run an AI feature initiated by the user.

You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability depending on their legal scope. Exercise them with DGL Tech Labs at contact@dgltechlabs.com. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Cookies

The Parentello website uses technical cookies required for operation. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are loaded only after consent. The Meta Pixel is limited to marketing and registration pages and measures campaigns without transmitting form fields. Parentello mobile apps do not enable Google Analytics or advertising tracking.

The consent banner lets users accept, reject or change their choice for non-essential cookies. The choice can also be reopened through the website's cookie-management link.

6. Terms of use

Users are responsible for content they add or share and must respect privacy, parental rights and third-party rights.
